OP-17 Pre-Order Update

First of all, thanks everyone for your overwhelming support and trust in us! We will be contacting you personally regarding your order. In the meantime, please be patient with us as there are a lot of orders!

As we only have very limited amount of stocks, we are unable to fulfil all orders. There's also currently no ETA on restocks from the distributor.

HOWEVER, good news is that based on our past experience with OP09, there were multiple waves of restocks and the first wave was within a month. In fact, we had 100% pre-order fulfilment rate for this within 6 months!

Currently with OP13 to OP16 & EB03, restocks are still being pushed out in small batches regularly. 

Therefore, for subsequent restocks (if any), priority will be given to customers who did not receive any allocations this round.

What's next?

Allocated: We will contact you through email/whatsapp for your balance payment and collection details. If you've selected self-pickup, you may come to our shop from 22 Aug onwards. If you've opted for delivery, we will mail your items within 1 - 5 days by Standard Delivery. Tracking link will be sent to you via email.

There may be a chance where your order will only be partially fulfilled. If there's any restocks, priority will be given to customers that has not been fulfilled this round.

Non-allocated: We will contact you through email/whatsapp on what to expect. As per our usual pre-order practices, your deposit will be kept for up to 6 months (from release date). During which, we may fulfil your order and collect balance payment. Priority will be given to you for subsequent restocks (if any).
