Welcome to Daimonji Collectibles! Below are answers to some of the most common questions about our orders, grading services, shipping, and other store services.

Pre-orders and Allocations

Full pre-order FAQs are here!

Orders

How do I place an order?

Orders may be placed through our website, in-store, or through our official sales channels.

Your order is only confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may include PayNow, bank transfer, cash, card payment, or online payment through our website.

Any applicable transaction or payment processing fees will be shown during checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation and/or refund eligibility depends on the type and status of the order.

Confirmed pre-orders, allocated products, and special-order items may not be cancelled or refunded. Please check the relevant product listing or contact us before placing your order if you are unsure.

Approved cancellations and refunds generally take approximately7 to 14 working days, depending on the original payment method and payment provider.

How long will my order be reserved?

Orders that require payment must be paid by the stated deadline. Orders may be cancelled or released to another customer if payment is not received on time.

Once payment has been received, we can hold your item or order for a maximum of one month. Please arrange for collection within this period. If you require more time, contact us before the collection deadline, as extensions are subject to approval.

Collection and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer direct international shipping at this time. If you are located overseas and wish to purchase from us, you can arrange your own transport using one of the two options below:

Delivery to your Freight Forwarder: If you use a freight forwarder with a local domestic address, please select Delivery at checkout and enter your forwarder’s address as the shipping destination.

Self-Pickup by your Freight Forwarder: If your forwarder or courier offers a pickup service, please select Self-Pickup at checkout. You must contact our support team immediately after placing your order to coordinate the pickup schedule and complete the necessary release forms.

Important Terms & Responsibilities

Logistics Costs: You are solely responsible for arranging, managing, and paying all fees associated with your third-party courier or freight forwarder.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes: International shipments may be subjected to customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes. All international customers are fully responsible for the customs rates and compliance regulations within their own country. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office before arranging transport.

Do you ship locally?

Yes, with free local delivery for orders about $300.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes. Please inform us in advance and provide the collector with your name, order details, and any other information requested by our staff.

How can I track my order?

We will contact you when your order is available for collection or delivery.

Please wait for our confirmation before travelling to the store, especially for pre-orders and backlog items.

Who is responsible if my product is damaged?

We will pack orders carefully and use protective materials where appropriate. However, Daimonji Collectibles will not be responsible for damage caused by the courier during transit.

Self-collection is strongly recommended for high-value, fragile, or collectible items.

Grading Services

Which grading companies do you engage with?

We may assist with submissions to grading companies such as:

  • PSA;
  • Beckett Grading Services;
  • CGC; and
  • TAG.

Available services, prices, and turnaround times may change depending on the grading company.

What is Pre-Grading?

Pre-grading is our visual assessment of a card’s condition before submission.

We will examine areas such as centering, corners, edges, and surface condition, and provide our opinion on the card’s possible grading potential.

Pre-grading is only an opinion and does not guarantee any particular grade.

*Note: The final grade is determined entirely by the grading company.

Daimonji Collectibles cannot guarantee a grade, turnaround time, or grading outcome.

How long does grading take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the grading company, service tier, customs processing, shipment schedules, and submission volume.

All turnaround times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Can you pre-grade my card through photographs?

Photographs may help us identify obvious issues, but they may not show all surface defects, scratches, dents, or print imperfections.

For a more reliable assessment, we recommend bringing the card to the store for a physical inspection.

What is a grading upcharge?

A grading company may impose an upcharge when the value of a card after grading exceeds the maximum declared value allowed under the selected service tier.

Any upcharge imposed by the grading company will be payable by the customer before the card is released.

What happens if my card is damaged or lost during grading?

Daimonji Collectibles currently works with Oxley Grading for grading submissions.

In the event that a card is damaged or lost during the grading process, we will liaise with Oxley Grading on your behalf and assist with the necessary follow-up or claim.

Any compensation or resolution will be subject to Oxley Grading’s, the grading company’s, and the courier’s applicable terms, insurance coverage, and declared-value limits.

Product Condition and Authenticity

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source our products through authorised distributors, suppliers, and other established channels.

Do you guarantee the condition of sealed products?

We will make reasonable efforts to provide products in acceptable condition.

Minor factory imperfections, loose wrapping, printing defects, small dents, or packaging wear may occur during manufacturing and transportation. These do not necessarily mean that the product is damaged or tampered with.

Customers seeking display-quality sealed products should inspect the item in-store before completing their purchase.

Can opened trading card products be returned?

No. Opened booster packs, boxes, decks, and other sealed trading card products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are also unable to guarantee the contents, pull rates, card condition, or value of cards found inside sealed products.

What should I do if a product has a manufacturing defect?

Please contact us with clear photographs and your order details.

Manufacturing defects are generally subject to the policies of the manufacturer or distributor. We will advise you on the available next steps where possible

Daimonji Collectibles may update its procedures and policies to reflect changes in distributor requirements, grading-company policies, shipping arrangements, event rules, and business operations.
