Exchange & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide quality products & the best customer service. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you carefully review the product conditions before completing your order. And to make our exchange process as smooth as possible, please review our policy below.
Exchange Policy:
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Sealed Products: Exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of receiving your product.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sealed with all original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if any of our conditions are not met.
- Proof of Purchase: We reccomend customers to have a membership account as it will be required to track their proof of purchase. If not an order no. from their purchase history with us should be provided.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: card singles.
To start a return, you can contact us at, daimonjitcg@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
- Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer alternative options or issue store credit.
We reserve the rights to make any amendments to our exchange policy subjecting to our review.
No Refund Policy:
- All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. Please double-check the product, especially the quality & conditioning to ensure it meets your needs before finalizing your order. We are not liable for damages once sold.
- Customer Responsibility: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you have reviewed and are satisfied with the product. Once the product leaves the shop premises, we cannot be responsible for any damage occurred.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
An exchange will only be given upon our review & subjected to a case by case basis.
We cannot accept returns on sale items.
